CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

All classes infuse Aaron's music mix with cool colored lighting and heartfelt teaching to create the King Yoga Experience.

BASICS - Learn the fundamentals. A beginning level class in which students learn the asanas and breath work. This class is excelent for those wanting a shorter flow and beginners. Al levels welcome.

VINYASA FLOW - an intermediate level class using breathe to connect a dynamic series of postures in a continuous flowing manner.

KING FLOW - Experience an invigorating evening flow class in a candlelit studio followed by a series of restorative poses. All levels welcome. Look for this class monthly and proceeds will be donated to the Shakti Foundation and local charities.

POWER - This class kicks butt! A chalenging sequence of postures designed to detox and strenghten the body in order to acheive balance.

IYENGAR - Mr Iyengar has systematised over 200 classical yoga Asanas and 14 different types of Pranayamas (breaths) from the simple to the incredibly difficult. These have been structured and categorised so as to alow a beginner to progress surely and safely from basic postures to the most advanced as they gain flexibility, strength and sensitivity in mind, body and spirit.

PRIVATE LESSON - For students of al levels. Anyone wanting to take a deeper look at his/her practice, improve on certain asanas or just get a little extra attention. For beginning students, this is a great way to start the learning of yoga with proper alignment and form.
